100% local sustainably-raised pork!

Our pork is sourced from local growers that raise heritage breed pigs in humane-pasture based settings.

Ham and bacon are small-batch Mesquite smoked. Sausage is made with organic seasoning, hatch chile (chorizo), and no junk fillers.

Each pork box will include:

8 pork chops

4 shoulder steaks

2lbs of bacon (more can be added with the bacon add-on option)

3-4lbs sausage either chorizo, Italian, or sage breakfast

3-4 Ham steaks
