All pre-orders for beef boxes will be delivered on the following days:
Tucson area/Sahuarita/Rio Rico – Delivery will be Tuesday May 23rd between 8am and 2pm
Casa Grande/ Phoenix area/STV/QC/Scottsdale/Surprise- Delivery will be Sunday May 31st between 9am-4pm.
This box will come with a variety of some of our most popular cuts. We will choose the cuts for you! It will include:
4 premium steaks – Any combination of Bone-in Rib Steaks, NY strip, Filet, T-bone, Top Sirloin, Bavette, flat iron, Chuckeye. Approximate weights 6oz-12oz per steak.
1 Approximately 3lb roast. Roasts include rump, top round, eye round, arm.
Approximately 1-2 lbs stew meat or kabob meat
5lbs ground beef
1 Surprise cut! (either a steak, roast, or rib. It’s a surprise!) anywhere from 6oz – 3lbs
Fully USDA inspected, individually vacuum sealed and labelled.
