You are purchasing a share of a steer before it is processed, because of this, actual weights and quantities of each cut within your shares will differ depending on the actual animal. Every quarter share will include 6-8 bone in 1in cut rib steaks, 4-6 t-bones, 2-3 porter houses, 4-6 sirloin steaks. 6-8 Chuck steaks cut 3/4. 3lb variety of roasts approximately 3-4, 1lb packages of stew meat approximately 2, and 1lb packages of ground beef approximately 15-20. You will get at least one of the following: Tri-tip, Brisket, Flank Steak, Skirt steak. You will also receive short ribs, and if desired dog bones and soup bones.
Shares are approximately 1/3 ground beef and stew meat, 1/3 steaks, and 1/3 roasts.
Deposits are non-refundable 48 hours after placement.
