Approximately 450lbs hanging, about 300lbs finished meat depending on cut specifications. All cuts and weights are fully customizable. $7.25lb Estimated $3,260 – deposit $400

Whole shares are completely custom cut to your specification, you will receive a cut sheet to specify how you would like your steer cut.

You are purchasing a steer before it is processed, because of this, actual weights and quantities of each cut within your share will differ depending on the actual animal. Every Whole share will include boneless or bone in rib steaks, t-bones, porter houses, and sirloin steaks. Chuck steaks and/or chuck roast.  Roasts, 1-2lb packages of stew meat, and 1-2lb packages of ground beef. You will also receive Tri-tip, Brisket, Flank Steak, Skirt steak, short ribs, and if desired dog bones, soup bones, organ meat.

Shares are approximately 1/3 ground beef and stew meat, 1/3 steaks, and 1/3 roasts.

Deposits are non-refundable 48 hours after placement.
